Soundgarden (Sounds Like)

Soundgarden's new album King Animal comes out next week, and I've already heard it thanks to iTunes streaming pleasures. Gotta say, very impressed. I was expecting it to suck but I found myself actually listening to the whole thing. Awesome actually. About half way through the album though, something popped out at me, it was a memory of something. I turned up the volume and sat listening to a song over and over and over and over again trying to figure out what the hell it sounded like. Later I found out the song was Bones Of Birds and I resorted to listening to a stupid commentary on the song just for the background music of the song so I could figure out what they were copying. It was soooo freaking clear but I couldn't place it. I had been trying to figure it out for...3 days almost when it came to me. Bingo....another Radiohead song, How to Disappear Completely. I looked everywhere for a better way to hear the Soundgarden song but this is the only way so far. I will update when the album comes out and there's a better version on YouTube but for now you have to deal with Chris Cornell talking over it.
